Suspicious Guy

The new guy is always a suspicious character.

Either he's too nice or too quiet; I guess he can't win.

The crowd will push him away if they like him too much.

The crowd will keep him if they don't mind losing him.

He never gets to know anybody not even his own self.

I wonder if the people who turn him away get a chance to know anybody.

Maybe he's quiet just because of that.

Stuff like this really makes a fella sick, weary, and teary; I wonder if it ever ends.
